How long does shipping take?

No special candles required. Our warmers work with most standard jar candles. For the best fragrance throw, we recommend using high-quality candles with a good scent load.
How do I clean my warmer?
Allow the wax to cool completely, then wipe the warming plate with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn residue, a little warm soapy water does the trick.
