Returns
You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To start a return, please contact us with your order number and we'll guide you through the process.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your warmer arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days with photos and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund — no need to return the item.
Please note: for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used warmers unless they are defective.
